   Food and Staff were great. The bathroom, however, only had one working toilet as the others were full and couldn’t be flushed.

   Basically The Cheesecake Factory, but twice the price. Clearly geared towards tourists from Flyover looking for a “fancy” dining experience in Manhattan. (Think people who are used to Applebee’s for a night out.) All of the “creative takes on ____” on the menu sound fun in theory, but when you get your food in front of you, you realize they’re basically cheap shortcuts. If you’re looking for attractive food to post on Instagram, they definitely deliver. The service is also friendly, warm, and approachable. If you want a fine or gourmet dining experience though, there are literally endless better choices all over the city.

   In a city with so much great Italian food this is not that. Bad Roman has a nice vibe to it, nothing that we ate left us thinking we need to go back and have again.

   Food was good, but unimaginative. Service was very good. Relatively quiet for a large busy room. I will not be going back. There are lots of better places nearby.

   Khalil our server was very attentive and made great recommendations. Great food, excellent service, portion sizes are “just right”, Highly recommended for the view of Central Park and ambiance.

   We had a great birthday celebration dinner at Bad Roman. Our waiter Humberto was very attentive and efficient. Nice ambience, great food, great wines and cocktails. We ordered a variety of appetizers including the eggplant pull-a -parm , the meatballs, ribs. Very generous portions and delicious. The eggplant I thought was amazing, which came with a nice dipping sauce. We had the Il Divorzio Half and Half and the Short Rib Pappardelle which were generous,portions and tasty. We could not finish it all and took the rest home. We will definitely be back!

   Had dinner on a very busy night, food and service were all excellent! Thank you especially to Sammy and Valerie for taking such good care of us. Second time here and looking forward to coming back.

    Interesting vibe from the staff. A guest at our table accidentally spilled his drink while cheering for the first sip and they didn’t offer him another one and we were charged for it. Felt very off-putting for the remainder of the dinner. Seemed rushed and like they wanted us to leave, we weren’t loud or disruptive at all. If anything they made us feel more embarrassed for a simple accident.
