We waited for water for over 20 minutes. Then longer to order. It was right at the point that we were ready to leave Once the food and drinks arrived it was fantastic. Service was ridiculously horrible!!!! Very rude. .

Food was good, as always. But, Service was very average. Server was not attentive. We had to look for him after he served food and no condiments, that were missing on our table. Even after mentioning while making the reservations that we were celebrating our kid’s birthday, no attention was given. Not even a basic birthday wish or a candle on one of the two desserts that we ordered. Not for special occasions. Service did not match the price.

When I want a delicious and relaxing meal, I go to Il Patio at Eataly. The food is fantastic and I have a great menu with a good variety of options. The drinks are wonderful. The atmosphere is beautiful. The service is very good and the staff is pleasant and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very limited menu with no specials. Waitress seemed disinterested in having us there. Food was really nothing special and pricey for the portions size and quality. Definitely would go other places before choosing to return.

Il patio di eataly is a good restaurant with authentic italian food. We got a burratta pizza and pasta dishes each felt like it was a meal you couldnt get anywhere else except good authentic italian restaurants. The prices were a little bit on the expensive side but still cheaper than a flight to italy!

I’ve always had a great experience at Eately but yesterday was sub par. After being greeted and seated promptly, it took a long time to order and receive cocktails. Once they did arrive we enjoyed both drinks. We were never asked if we wanted bread. Pizza was barely warm and the pasta dish had great flavor. There were bees flying around the table. Paid the bill before we received our dessert but left w out finishing dessert because the bee situation was terrible. Overpriced for the experience and very disappointed.
