I am glad I chose to experience Bajel while visiting Mexico City! I would highly recommend! I enjoyed every single bite and will return on my next visit to this beautiful city! The manger Irais was wonderful and our server, Raymundo, was a pleasure to meet and to be served by.

My family and I dined at Bajel on a Saturday night for my birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful! The service was incredible - our server Raymundo was very attentive and kind and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. My daughter is 9 years old and she loved this experience! The staff and chef made her feel welcome and didn't treat her like a child. The sommelier Ramses put together some amazing wine pairings that significantly enhanced our overall experience! We would absolutely go back to Bajel! Highly recommend!!

Outstanding ambience, food and service. Tasting menu rivals Michelin star restaurants. Service was impeccable. Reynaldo and staff were fantastic. Wine pairing was perfect complement.

It was by far the best dining experience I’ve had in Mexico City over the last 5 years. The food and service were superior to those of Pujol and Quintonil, in my opinion. We went to Pujol the night before and the food was not comparable. Great tasting menu, great service, beautiful restaurant

Food was great but the value is not so good. I understand is a fine dining but compared to Pujol or Maximo bistrot, is not at that level.

My girlfriend and I dined here last week. Both of us left amazed at the quality and craftsmanship of each dish. The flavors and ingredients were incredibly unique. Our favorites definitely were the white mole, the tartare and the pig belly. Our waitstaff was incredible (and bilingual!) Sidney, Nancy, Irais, Raymunda, Ahmed and Ramses all went above and beyond to make our dinner special. If you are in Mexico City and enjoy fine dining, I cannot recommend this enough.
