   The food had fresh ingredients, which is one of the highlights. Another highlight was its wine selection. Figura 3 Chardonnay was great. However, service is just below average. We were planning on tipping 10%, as service was not great, but were informed by one of the servers who brought the payment station that the minimum was 12% in their system. He then proceeded to act condescending and explain that it was what the system allowed them to charge, but did not try to listen to our discontent. This made our experience even worse. Overall, service needs a lot of improvement.

   Loved the cocktails with house-made liquors; the small plates were diverse and came out quickly, making it easy to order multiple rounds of food. Great value!

   México tiene una belleza única, que se caracteriza por la diversidad de frutos y hortalizas que posee en su biodiversidad. Culturalmente es un país muy rico junto con historia, se trasmite algo especial el tener en cuenta estas cualidades. "Baldío" te transmite todo lo mencionado a través de la comida, en cada bocado está un sabor particular que podría decirse que describe la particularidad de la diversidad en las chinampas en Xochimilco. La gente por supuesto también transmite amor por lo que hacen y como se compartan con el comensal es algo que no tiene precio. Es el lado humano de el servicio de un restaurante de calidad.

   Es muy rico si, pero las porciones de las bebidas son mini, y me pareció muy caro.

   Son bien vergas🔥🔥🔥, procesos bien elaborados, texturas muy bien hechas, salsas con umami impresionante entre otras. Lo mejor sus platos tienen armonía. Y realmente, se nota toda la trazabilidad que hay ahí. Es la primera vez que pruebo un mole de pataxtle ( ya he probado el pataxtle con anterioridad ) y estuvo uuuuf de lujo. 👏

   Comida horrible y porciones de risa. A veces por querer innovar y tener todo artesanal se tiene una mierda de comida y las bebidas no se diga

   Innovative fermented drinks and cocktails. Vegetable entradas were excellent. Loved everything except for the trout which was just OK

    Después de 40 minutos en la mesa, solamente había llegado un plato. De repente se acerca un mesero preguntando si queríamos pedir algo más ya que la cocina cerraría pronto. Pareció que habíamos llegado a una mercería ya que no querían dar de comer. No regreso.
