This hip and trendy restaurant and lounge is set in a meticulously restored 19th century colonial Sugar-mill with an enormous terrace with an amazing view of Simpson Bay. Award winning Sushi and Steak with Sushi chefs hailing from Nobu, Morimoto, and Makodo. Hot kitchen features aged steaks and fresh fish. Lots of appetizers including our famous Duck Nachos and Dumplings. Great for large groups and parties. Our in house DJ drives the vibe, inspiring nightly sunsets from high atop Diamond Mountain.
Bamboo's Sushi rolls are legendary, having won best sushi for 20 consecutive years. Serving late night fares and amazing true craft cocktails at our Bamboo Bar, starting at 5pm for sunsets until late into the night.
Every Thursday is Gatsby Night. The Band starts at 8:00 The Regular menu is in effect. There is a $7.00 per person music charge added to everyone's bill. Guitar player Don Solay is playing on Sunday Night.

My husband and I came on a Thursday night for the live music, and it was lovely. The atmosphere is truly next to none here, overlooking SXM. while the ambiance and service are good, we found the food, okay (good), but overpriced. Would definitely go back for drinks and to share apps but not necessarily for a meal. SXM has better restaurants for that price point.

This restaurant is a romantic gem. The ambiance, the service, the food all was amazing. Carlos served us and he was hands down amazing. He was attentive and on point with food choices. The driver for the transportation shuttle was also attentive and very nice. This is one of my favorite places on earth and I have traveled the world. Thank You Bamboo House. I am a travel agent and now i definitely have a spot to refer all of my guests.

Is the only upscale restaurant on the island that does not serve a fillet mignon. Their presentation was underwhelming as we have been there before and compared to last May or the year before there was definitely a change in the menu and the taste was not there

We recently visited and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The food was definitely overpriced, especially the sushi, which didn’t seem to justify the high price tag. The service was slow, and she didn’t seem particularly attentive or informative when it came to menu questions. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations for the cost, and I left feeling underwhelmed.
