   Very sweet serving staff who had had absolutely no training in how to wait at table. Not their fault but more experienced staff standing around without giving them any help or advice. Food generally ok although my pork ribeye was inedibly tough.

   While parking is a challenge the staff were super friendly and while we were warned that a big party had just arrived , the food was timely and the quality was great. Will definitely come back as few quality restaurants in Kings Lynn unfortunately.

   A very smart restaurant in lovely waterside setting. A friendly reception and efficient service. Prix fixe menu was good value and high quality

   I little disappointed as when we arrived was told only one Roast Dinner was left, but had not even made it to the table when someone else had ordered the Roast. Therefore only option would have been to leave and try at late notice to dine somewhere else or to order from the normal menu. We stayed and ate from the menu. Music which was playing was also a bit repetitive and dull.

   Four of us eat at the Bank House, Kings Lynn on the 23rd January ordering from their Prix Fixe menu which is only available until 6.30, we booked for 6.15. Short menu and even shorter wine list by the glass, amongst us had a range of dishes all very good and excellent value as was the wine. Service good ambience superb - wonderful views to the iconic Customs House. Very highly recommended. No we do not have any connection to the restaurant.

    We had a late lunch NYE was quiet, staff very good. This is my favourite restaurant in kings Lynn, fabulous location. We had gluten free fish and chips and a ribeye steak both excellent. The waiter advised was not not a gluten free kitchen and possible cross contamination which I was happy with. Menu not huge choice but not disappointed. Definitely coming back.
