    Reservations are a must! Even so, very difficult to get to your table where the rest of your party is already seated because the crowd on the stairs was huge! Table we were given for 5 diners was odd shaped &way too long! Other tables would have been far more suitable. Service & food were terrific.

    Server was very pleasant and attentive. Food was OK. Dish was 90% french fries. First beer that one of us got had a fly in it. Our server was great about taking that back and providing a second beer with no charge. The second one also had a fly in it. As she was just wrapping up her shift, we decided to cash out and leave rather than making an issue of it. Have been here several times before and I have to say this is the exception and not the rule. Having said that, this was a disappointing visit.

    Excellent for a pre-game meal. Nice beer list and fair prices. Steak tips and Banners burger were really good and cooked as ordered medium rare. Server was attentive and no complaints on any part of our meal or service. Definitely will return again!

    The attention was really good! And they were able to help us with watching a specific game. No other places let us watch the game but Banners make it easier for us. The food and the service was amazing too Thank you!

    We paid $25 per person, notified Banners we would be late due to traffic (got there 10 min late) they still didn’t have our table ready. They sat us at 5:35 for a 5:15 reso. We didn’t get served until 5:45. The “experience” you pay for is not worth it!! Staff is nice but slow service and not worth the price for the “experience”

    Great place before a show at the Garden or close by. Service was quick for how busy they were. Our server was fantastic and you could tell she was hustling for such a busy night. This is the second time I’ve been before a show and the second I was impressed with how smoothly and quick everything went.
