   Lacking atmosphere, service was curt and cold, refused to serve a cup of tea at 6.30pm, didn’t try the food but what I could see was not appealing, overpriced. Not recommended!

   Bar 31 is a terribly deceptive name for a ground floor bar at the shard! Like many others I arrived to a bar disappointingly lacking in altitude. On the plus side you get to watch other customers Aruni g looking dismayed at their booking errors…

   Unfortunately my experience has not been great. Due to bad weather and trains I had to delay my reservation by 20 mins. The lady at the phone had been very unprofessional and rude, which I don’t expect from a bar in a such elegant and popular place like the Shard. However our half Italian waiter was very nice. He saved my experience. I wouldn’t go back, kindness and respect has to be above all.

   I’m a fan of cider so that’s my usual drink which is still incredibly good! Also I super like their buns! But what I usually come back here for is the ambience and excellent customer service of the staff Leonardo and Bibi! Love them! Their amazing!

   I had the Asian buns and my favourite was the kimchi. Their drinks are also fab!

   Don't bother, ground floor, expensive and snacks only. Worst booking I've ever made on this app. Just avoid. There are far, far better places around the Shard - go there, save yourself disappointment.

    El lugar es lindo, pero las posibilidades en el menú para comer son muy pocas. El servicio me pareció malo, casi no había gente en el bar y parecía que nos atendían como favor. La verdad no vale la pena. Además esta situado abajo de unas escaleras, sin vista a ningún lado.
