From the vibrant streets of Barcelona to the charming villages of Provence, we observed a common thread—people eating & drinking with purpose & intention. It was the beautifully orchestrated symphony of flavors & traditions that inspired us on a deep level.

The ritual of enjoying low ABV bitter aperitifs during "happy hour," savoring wine with dinner, & indulging in digestivos to conclude a meal—all done with a sense of appreciation & respect for the ingredients & flavors of each region.

    First time here! We ordered three of the four “snacks”, whipped feta, plancha potatoes, and pan con tomato. We enjoyed them all. The chopped Greek salad was fresh with a nice crunch and the perfect amount of dressing. A favorite item was the mushroom conserva from the hot plates. Everyone also liked the Italian picnic sandwich and the shrimp a la plancha with the crispy shallots! We tried the two specials, clams in a yummy sauce with focaccia and crab cacio e pepe! Win Win! Can’t wait to return!!!

    Phenomenal from start to finish. We sat at the bar and had the pleasure of talking with the owner and one of the bartenders. They helped us pick cocktails and food without being overbearing! Super fun experience and the food is phenomenal. Already planning to come back the next time I get a night off work! Thanks guys!!

    We had an amazing experience! The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful—absolutely delicious. The ambiance is very inviting and tranquil, with lush greenery both indoors and out. The restaurant has lots of windows, allowing natural light to pour in and offering beautiful views of the majestic live oaks outside. I highly recommend Bar Copa.

    An amazing meal of multiple small dishes shared! Loved the burrata and the crab roll. Saved room for dessert and the budino was incredible. Will definitely be back.
