   My impression is the menu is reasonably priced but uneven outcome. The short rib pasta was flat tasting but the appetizer carpaccio was a good value. Our server wrote down our order but forgot to put in one of the dishes but she was attentive otherwise. Overall ok dinning experience but not 4 stars.

   Absolutely excellent! We had a couples dinner - food was fantastic and so was the service. Loved the whipped ricotta appetizer, and I had the vodka pasta which was top notch!

   The food and overall experience was excellent! It was our first time there and we will definitely return. Andrea our server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu.

   Usually we love Bar Italia and eat there several times a month without issues. This one time my lasagna was clearly cold in the middle so I sent it back. It took a long time for them to send me a new piece- the others at the table were done by the time it got back. And nothing was comped. After reporting the issue the waitress was very slow to come around to our table again. We weren’t very impressed by how they handled the issue.

   Love the vibe. Hostess station needs improvement- like how to greet customers - and tell them - we will be seating you in a moment. Instead of I have a reservation and they look at you like you like they didn’t expect you to say that - and don’t respond.

   They sat us in the front corner and it was so cold we had to wear our coats inside. Then learned Happy hour was only at the bar and no room at the bar. We ordered drinks and my husbands old fashioned was just bourbon. Food was terrible and unseasoned bland. Won’t be returning.
