    It was absolutely freezing in the restaurant last night. we moved from a table that was by the window to the back of the restaurant because it was so cold. You need to figure something out with your heating system.

    Visited for a birthday celebration. The service was very good and attentive. Nice menu selection and our party thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We will be back.

    Great dinner for my brother’s birthday. The table height to chair ratio was very uncomfortable though.

    Consistently one of our fave places. From service to food and drink quality to ambience, we have never had less than an exceptional and consistent experience at Bar Italia Lakewood! Well managed, well staffed, and always a solid choice!

    We were celebrating a birthday. Experience was great overall!! Brandon, our waiter, was great and food was delicious!! Only slight negative was it was very chilly sitting by the window. We will definitely be back!!!!!

    First time diners. Service was excellent. Food was good as well. Was very cold however inside the restaurant. Bathrooms especially were like walking into a freezer. Not sure if something was wrong with the HVAC during this trip, but beware if you sit towards the front of the restaurant with the door opening constantly, plus the frigid bathrooms.

    Grilled bread with whipped ricotta- WOW. Housemade meatballs- perfectly flavored. BUCATINI BOLOGNESE- the noodles were perfect, sauce was divine. CRISPY CHICKEN LIMONE- not a drop was left on the plate. A+ SHORT RIB GARGANELLI- I have no words for how delicious this was!

    We had a wonderful experience at Bar Italian in Lakewood. The atmosphere, food and server(Sarah) were all excellent. Highly recommend and we will be back! Definitely recommend the crispy chicken limone, chicken parm and the pizzas
