Food was horrible, service was horrible… I feel completely robbed that I paid over $170 for complete trash for food… and terrible service!

Understaffed, table never got bussed, so we ate desert with appetizer, salad and dinner plates on the table. Drinks ls took about 45min to get.

We went there for drinks on NYE. When we walked in at 4:30pm the place was really just getting things going for the night. We were escorted to our seats, our server sat us and our evening was off to a fine start. Once we got our drinks (which were off the wall good) our server asked us if we wanted to start off with an appetizer, which anyone reading this review knows that this is a common thing when dining out. We said we were just here for a couple of hours and that we were meeting friends at another location for dinner and that we were going to just stick with drinks. After that things went radio silent. We ended up being there for a couple of hours and literally had to do jumping jacks, cartwheels, yell or whatever it took to get our server to stop back at our table to get us more drinks. Been to Bar Louie numerous times over the years, always a great "chill" place to go. However this night, once we said we were not there for a full blown meal we were somewhat cast aside from getting served for the remainder of our time there.

Not fair to rate them on Christmas Day. Food was good but they were a little overwhelmed with the customer to staff ratio. Will definitely go back and try them under normal conditions.

We had a group of 8. Server was attentive and pleasant. Food was delicious and no much of wait for it.
