BARBACOA GRILLは、本場ブラジルのシュラスコ料理と種類豊富なサラダバーをお楽しみいただける本格的なシュラスコ料理です。シュラスコ料理とは、本場ブラジルで人気のバーベキュー料理です。牛肉、豚肉、鶏肉、野菜などを長い串に刺し、シュラスコマシーンと呼ばれる特注のオーブンで、ゆっくりと回転させながら焼き上げます。味付けは主に岩塩のみで余分な脂分も落ちるため、肉本来の味が楽しめます。焼き上げた肉、野菜は全てお客様の前で切り分けまてご提供いたします。また、サラダバーには40種類以上の新鮮な野菜や総菜料理をはじめ、パルミット（ヤシの新芽の水煮）や、フェイジョアーダ（煮込み豆料理）などのブラジル料理、ドリンクにもブラジルで人気のカクテル「カイピリーニャ」を本場スタイルでご提供いたします。本場ブラジルのスタッフも多く在籍しており、シュラスコとカイピリーニャでまるで本当にブラジルにいるかのような空間をお楽しみいただけます。

The restaurant remembered the birthday celebration which was great. The level of service was ok but they seem to rushing you to go even though there were no reservations after us. This is evident by the number of tables that were empty by then. I know that although you book at f1 but turned up at 11:15, it will eat into your 2 hours total but I do not expect that after they tell you last that they will be chasing for you to Ho every 5 minutes?? I have ordered 3 kinds of meat at last order and only 1 came! This is a restaurant that I have visited over the last 5 years and I must say that this is disappointing. You might as well come pull away everything at the end of 2 hours rather then giving me a heads up at 30 mins before and remind me every 5 minutes. This makes the whole experience terrible.

ネットでの予約で、備考に祖父の誕生日祝いをしたいと少し記載したら食後にしっかりとお祝いしていただき、祖父母からウルウルした瞳を見れてこのお店を選んで正解だったと思いました。高齢の人でも脂っこくない肉でたくさん食べていました。店員さんも優しく迅速に対応してくださって文句なしでした！またお邪魔させていただきます。

Have eaten here several times but this time for some reason the service was just pitiful. Was skipped over by every server coming out of the kitchen. Had the green label up but that was useless. Literally had to call and at times shout SUMIMASEN/EXCUSE ME PLEASE to get someone to cut some salty meat. Asked for pineapple and got the most inner, tasteless burnt core portion. Asked for something fresher and sweeter. They never showed. The salad bar was for me, the highlight, and the only reason I will venture back again. Restaurant was pretty much empty on a Sat afternoon so not sure why the servers were racing out of the kitchen to head out to the empty tables and continually skipping mine. Requested other meats from the placard but they never showed up. Hopefully this was just a one off experience.

一人男性のスタッフのサービスレベルが感じがあまり良くなく、ラストオーダーの飲み物も時間過ぎても出てこず催促することになった。その際もどこか他人事で自分が受けたことさえも理解できていない。かつその事情で飲み物が遅れて残っているのに、申し訳ありませんと飲み物を運んできたそばから、お肉の残ったお皿も何も言わずにバタバタ片付け始められ非常に不愉快であった。飲み物を運んできてから1分も経っていない。この対応はいかがなものか。表参道をいつも利用しているが、こんな事は一度もなく、今回初めての六本木利用で残念な対応が記憶に残った。料理、飲み物と合わせて1人8000円は超える環境、サービスレベルはもっとしっかり維持して欲しい。

テーブル付きのサーバーが日本語も通じず、何度も書き直したりの繰り返し。日本人の客も大事にしてほしい。せっかく食事は美味しいので、遠方から家族が来ていたのに楽しい雰囲気がサービスの悪さで台無しで残念でしだ。
