   It must be said that my scores reflect the fact that it’s new and has expected teething pains. The food was good, and the staff were pleasant, but the actual service was poor. We had to order way more than they recommended for the smaller plates as were were still hungry after Round 1, they then failed to tell us the kitchen closed at 9pm sharp (we tried to order at 9:05pm), they then told us we could still have dessert and gave us menus then failed to come back to take our order until that part of the kitchen closed too (the waitress assumed someone else came back to take our order). To be fair, she recognised this was not acceptable and took off our last round of drinks, but overall it was not a good experience. I also found the bill expensive for 2 people.

   We had the bottomless brunch, the drinks flowed, the food was delicious and service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be going back soon.

   We have been here afew times now and loved it. Sadly one dishes had hair in it ,but the waitress immediately took the plate with a huge apology and asked if there was anything else I wanted .She took the plate and said " this whole meal is on the house " I don't think I could have asked for better service. Well done team 👏 I'll definitely go back

   Tacos were stale and chewy Charged for wrong item Expensive for what it is Food was very quickly served and we were almost forced to eat quickly

   The service felt very rushed. Think we were asked 4 times to order within 20 minutes. We asked to have our cocktail and then order. The food was nice but very small portions, it’s very much lots of small plates. Would prefer the option of a few larger main dishes as well. The nachos were terrible. £13 for basic nachos and a tiny amount of toppings placed on the top of the tortilla chips- it really wasn’t okay for the money. You really need to rethink that dish. We had 2 drinks each, nachos and 5 small plates with a 12.5% service charge included £120. I’d go back if the menu had an overhaul because 4/5 small plates we had were really delicious just let down by the nachos and calamari dish.

   We recently dined at Bardacious and had mixed feelings about our experience. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a staff member who smiled but just stared at us. We had to approach him to inform him about our reservation. Typically, at restaurants, the staff would greet you and ask if you have a reservation, which was not the case here. When seated, the server immediately asked for our drink orders without a greeting or introduction, leaving us feeling a bit off right from the start. We also requested no coriander garnish due to personal preference, but the server kept telling us that all dishes contain coriander, which felt unnecessary and dismissive of our request. For the meal, we ordered a quesadilla, taco, burger, and loaded fries. The quesadilla arrived first, and I had to eat it while my partner watched. Then, a while later, the taco arrived, which we shared, and finally, the burger arrived for my partner. It would have been nice if the food had come at the same time or if we had been informed that the dishes would be served separately. The lettuce in the burger was almost falling out, and we had to reassemble it ourselves, which was surprising given that the kitchen and staff should have checked that. Unfortunately, the loaded fries never arrived. After waiting a while, a staff member asked if we wanted any more food, and we informed her that we were still waiting on the loaded fries. She said she would check with the kitchen but never returned with an update. After a long wait and several follow-ups, we eventually had to ask her to cancel the fries and bring the bill. She apologized, mentioning the kitchen was busy, but it would have been nice to know this sooner. When the bill finally arrived, it still included the loaded fries, and we had to request their removal. Additionally, I asked to remove the service charge due to our experience, which was handled without asking for feedback on how the service could improve.
