   We hosted our son and his girlfriend for dinner as they do not often get up to Door County. We wanted a quality experience and got it and then some. We were promptly seated, and the service staff members were attentive but not intrusive. Highly recommend the Dirty Blue Door Martini. The first course, oysters, lobster bisque, and salad were well presented and quite delicious. The main selections were two different steaks cooked to perfection and salmon and crab cakes. All wonderfully prepared. If you are looking for a special meal at a special place, put Barringers on your list.

   Our waiter Camille was amazing -it was my bday dinner and he made it so special for us. Excellent service, food was so flavorful and large portions and presentation was beautiful. 12 out of 10 highly recommend

   The filet I had, with Bernese sauce and mushrooms, was phenomenal! Try the Pear fizz martini!

   From the start, the experience was fantastic. We were a bit early so we grabbed drinks at the bar. We got the Pear Fizz (nice and light, not too sweet) and a Barringer’s Whiskey Sour. Do yourself a favor and get the Lobster Bisque (or 12). It is absolutely fantastic. Our Mains- Grilled Chilean Salmon, Crab & Lobster Stuffed Shrimp, and extra sides of Truffle Fries. Everything was delicious. It was the best meal we have had in years! In addition to the food, the staff was kind and welcoming, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It was a great date night, but I would also be happy to bring my friend and gab over martinis. Honestly, a 10/10 and it is our new favorite restaurant!

   Food & Service was just great. Dining area was not comfortable as the windows did not buffer the cold winter temperatures.

   A perfect evening! Our waitress was cordial and very attentive, without being intrusive. The ambiance was delightful and I don’t think I’ve ever felt more relaxed in a restaurant. The “Simple Salad” with lemon vinaigrette and shaved manchego was fresh and could easily have been shared by two. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Delmonico ribeye which was well seasoned and juicy. I am going to be dreaming about my lobster and crab stuffed shrimp until we return in the summer. This restaurant is an absolute “must dine here” place. Our new favorite in DC!

    Incredible date night this past Saturday. My boyfriend and I got the Caesar salad to share, I got the Short rib and he got the pasta bolognese. Incredible atmosphere, incredibly cozy.
