BARTOLOMÉ ROOFTOP by chef David del Nuevo, is based on classic spanish cuisine, updated with modern techniques and local seasonal products. Its main actor is embers cuisine, with the personal touch of the chef, who combines different textures, flavors and design in each of his dishes.

Its concept is the meeting and the culinary requirement: at BARTOLOMÉ ROOFTOP we offer a different gastronomic experience, prepared live, before the eyes of the diner, in a bright lounge whit a terrace where nature and architecture merge perfectly. In addition to a large kitchen whose view delights the customer´s curiosity and where you can enjoy the job of cooking live and without barriers.

Fun time and great Spanish dishes. Enjoyed meeting Chef and trying various of his Arroz dishes. The Salmon salad was excellent!

If you’re looking for fast food, this is not the place this is gourmet Spanish food, chef David will make plates from scratch their boards, cheeses hams, wines absolutely delicious
