For 30 years, locals have become regulars and traveling foodies have raved. What can we say? We are flattered, grateful and more than ever, determined to exceed your expectations. For this reason we recently underwent a comprehensive renovation, updating and upgrading every facet of our restaurant, from design and equipment to menu and energy. All six of my family descended on Basta in the evening of November 17. While not a rowdy crew, each has their own tastes. Alex navigated through our individual needs with efficiency and kindness. The food - as always - was superb. The manager, Samantha, even had a little surprise that the four adults and two kids could enjoy! What isn’t a surprise is the quality of the food, excellence of service, and a culture that makes any guest truly welcomed. If you haven’t tried Basta, you’re cheating yourself!

So incredibly loud you couldn’t have a conversation. Service seemed overwhelmed, forgot to pack leftovers requested. Had to ask for things several times before accommodated. Not the best but food was okay. Just very hectic and confused place for a Friday night.

I had been laid up since August and am just now beginning to get around. One of my first stops was Basta. We invited a friend to join us and made a reservation as usual. Unfortunately the res that I thought I made for 3 was actually for 2. Oops. But no matter, Samantha and her team after a short wait on a busy Saturday night, found us a table and all was well. This could’ve really gone sideways but Samantha and her team were extremely helpful in spite of my screw up. That is the welcoming and inviting culture everyone can expect when they go to Basta! So thanks Samantha, we truly appreciate all you did for us!

Service with Randy was amazing! The food was top tier and the house made pasta did not disappoint. There is an extensive wine list, which is a perfect match for the ambient experience.

Party of four diners, our server Randy very helpful, pleasant and efficient. Cesare salad is a frequent order for myself when I order entree with cream base, pasta, risotto, poultry or some fish entrees,. This salad is repeatedly bland, the lettuce is never dried and the dish is always watery. Cannot recall even after multiple times ive ordered that it has been satisfactory.
