   Had a great night with a friend. Great cocktails and the wine selections for the pairing were fab. Service was friendly and attentive with interesting descriptions of each course. Expensive, yes, but definitely worth it for a special night out!

   We had a fantastic meal. Full of flavour and nuances. Delicately balanced and each course of the tasting menu was a delight. We were warmly welcomed, and looked after very attentively, even to the point of a staff member going outside in the chilly December weather to secure a taxi for us. Having a separate printed vegetarian menu was greatly appreciated, and enhanced the the experience. We will be back

   Food was very good and so was the service. They don't serve beer even a craft beer which was a let down. Disappointed to not get a good table when arriving we had to sit on a bar stool for the price of the menu, the experience was let down by the seating.

   Food and wine was exceptional. The service was overall good but they seemed to forget about our dessert until we reminded them! Not a huge deal! I would definitely love to return as it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had.

   I cannot recommend it enough, the service was impeccable, the food is delicious, interesting combination’s and always leaving you eager for the next dish! Absolutely loved it!

   We were a little disappointed. Maybe they were understaffed, but service was patchy with inexplicably long delays between some courses. We weren't offered a drink, other than water, until we'd been at the table for more than half an hour. Our friends had to search through several coat racks to find their jackets, without assistance, as we were trying to leave - they had been moved to the rack at the counter. Some of the dishes were also a little disappointing - the seabream, for example, was completely overwhelmed by the horseradish. It was all we could taste. While the wine pairings were very good and complemented each course, we would have preferred more of a balance between red and white wine - there was just one red on the pairing menu. The 'surprise menu' concept was also oversold as what we received was exactly what's on the website and in the restaurant window so not such a surprise...for us, the overall experience didn't match the hefty price tag.

    The food was spectacular. Every dish pops with flavour and you can taste every ingredient. The mushroom custard stood out as truly spectacular. We chose the wine pairings also and these were gentle but occasionally surprising companions - exactly what you would wish for.
