   Probably the best pizza I’ve ever eaten in Australia. The staff were lovely and service was pretty fast. They also had a few unique pizzas which was cool

   The whole LapTeam are doing an amazing job we love to go there @least once a week. will miss them and the amazing food after leaving beautiful Byron Bay end of the month🫶Markus&Tiziana

   Sorry to be negative but possibly (actually) the worst pizzas we ever had. Soggy, undercooked, floury base and runny topping with zero flavour. Nice enough staff. Just need better pizzas.

   The pizza was fairly good, though tbh nothing special. We enjoyed them. Salad was great. Dip sauces meh. Complaints: the first main thing that bothered me was being told “no bare feet” . Umm, it’s Byron Bay in the summer, at a restaurant 100 m from the beach….. barefoot is normal and natural. Second thing was their staff wearing shirts that say “dedicated to the … dough” as in yes the pizza bases but the implied message/joke/non joke is “dedicated to the money” which gave me a major ick and ruined the vibe even further. We did have one lovely waitress . Though the other one had a “i’m better than you” vibe. Sorry but we will not be coming back here.

   You have an amazing team and yesterday a new wonderful girl I didn’t ask her name hope to see her next time. We have 2 ideas to make your place even better, espresso machine (little Italian mocca would be enough!) and table cloth also if there are from a recycling paper, that would be so much better than your sticky tables!    Amazing food and service! The place had a great vibe and it really felt like all of the staff wanted to be there. Highly recommend

    Had dinner here on 4 December: party of two at 5:30. The restaurant was fairly quiet with just a few others dining. Placed our order fairly quickly: a salad and a pizza. Salad came out fairly quickly, but then there was a dreadfully long wait for the pizza. Saw other couples enter the restaurant, order, eat their pizza and leave before we got our order. The food was good, but nothing exceptional. When we finished the pizza we ordered dessert, a piece of Italian holiday cake. Again, a very long wait. After about 15 minutes I approached the fellow who took our dessert order to see if he had placed the order. He motioned to the kitchen and said the cake would be out soon. Five minutes later the cake arrived. It was good, but no way we should have to wait 20 minutes for a piece of cake. We were in the restaurant for 95 minutes for a simple meal. Not sure what the wait staff and kitchen were doing. No explanations. No apologies. Will not be back.
