   I was there 2019 and now 2025 and it’s not the same lower I felt like the amazing experience has gone low lower then it should for a place for the kind of prices and fame.

   Stacy N our server ruined the experience, that is if you could even find her at all during your time in the restaurant. Came twice in 3hrs and either she hates her job or sucks at it.

   Excellent service and experience. We made a reservation for 18 to celebrate our grandmother’s sweet 70th birthday.  She ended up inviting more people last minute and they were able to accommodate us, although not everybody ended up being able to come. We appreciate the flexibility. Brunch was fabulous and we hope to come for dinner to try out the rest of the menu. I personally loved the cocktails (the penicillin drink lol was really good) and the baba ganoush was a hit with the table. Photos and videos also turned out so festive and lively. The full sized plants and chandeliers with the abundance of natural light really made for a spectacular 360 backdrop. So thank you so much for everything, Beatnik West Town! Our grandma was smiling, laughing and enjoyed her brunch.

   Restaurant was nice and food was good, but server who took our order was very rude. I asked if they had any non-alcoholic beverages, and the server grabbed the menu from me, proceeded to open the menu and pointed at non-alcoholic beverages. I kindly told him I already looked at the menu and was curious if they had any soda (for my younger sister who is not 21). He then loudly yelled that they don’t put alcohol in their sodas. I’m sure he was having a bad day, but he made a huge fuss over a simple question and didn’t answer the question.

   Went for Valentine’s day. Prefixed menu was way too much food for 1 person ($75). No reason to overcharge just to over serve. I feel like ownership did the math and said ‘we have to charge $75 per head to make a good profit on Valentine’s’ and then reverse engineered the menu to try to justify the $75 price tag. The menu had no cohesion, which made for a very disjointed meal. Either increase the quality of the ingredients at a lower size/quantity or charge less. It was moderately busy, but our waiter served all 4 courses in a row without clearing a single plate. Never experienced that at a restaurant, having almost 10 plates of food at a table for 2 without any being cleared. All in all, the food was good and the setting is great, but it’s not enough to overcome poor service, extremely high prices and being forced to be overserved. Pro tip: No one wants to leave a Valentine’s meal being overly full.

   I’ve been here before, but only for brunch and I only ever sat at the every front. I haven’t been since they opened the wine bar or for dinner. Yesterday, my husband and I went for Valentine’s Day and were sat at a communal table with another couple. Why would any restaurant think it’s ok to seat random couples together on Valentine’s Day? Also, the restaurant was packed like sardines. The tables were so close together it was very claustrophobic. The seating ruins the ambience. IF I ever go back, I’ll only get brunch at the bar. Also, service was lousy; with the automatic 18% gratuity, I see why the service effort was so low. Also, the lighting is really bad! You will only get good pics in the daytime if that’s what you’re going for.

    I was sat at a table with other people on Valentine’s Day. The other people were not a couple, not good in Valentine’s Day. The restaurant had at least 15 two seat tables open the entire time we were there. They should have filled them first
