   This was not my first time coming to this location and when I tell you book a reservation now or go in as a walk in…GO! Every time I come the food quality, service and ambiance is amazing and consistent from the managers, to the baristas, the host, the servers just everyone. It’s very kid friendly and clean even the bathrooms. The pastries are made fresh every day. The food here is really good and that says a lot for me because I am a picky eater and I have eaten dishes I normally wouldn’t. My go to dish for breakfast is the Belgian waffles and migas egg scramble. For lunch I order the green chile and chicken enchiladas or the prime burger with brown sugar bacon. Now the price for the food is also reasonable as well as the drinks and pastries. There isn’t a long wait for my food or drinks and I love that they also have a market place to just grab some food on the go and they have a variety of food there too. Definitely recommend coming here with family, friends or even by yourself. You can’t beat the price or service!

   I took advantage of the happy hour burger special, which was amazing! The mushroom quinoa, burger was fabulous and hot, and the Prosecco was perfect. Amazing service Will definitely come back.

   The food and service at Beatrix was wonderful! My dad was in town for business and it was the perfect lunch place to take him. The lunch rush was busy but the service was impressively efficient and attentive. Also for fellow Kombucha lovers - they make their own and it's great! We will be back!

    Our waitress was super nice and helpful. She made our anniversary meal amazing. The egg omelet and ham & cheese croissant was delicious.
