We took our 95 year old friend to Brunch on the Sunday after Xmas. Our reservation was for 130. They told us they were running behind but would seat us shortly. It was 20 minutes but the hostess took our drink order and then our food order. Love the team work!! We were able to chat and did not feel rushed. We enjoyed our meal.

As always, The Cavalier and Becca is an experience in and of itself. The food is delicious and wonderful portions, the room closest to the garden and the garden are always just so gorgeous, and the friendliness of all the staff is so warm and inviting. The noise level is fairly high during Sunday brunch, just from the hustle and bustle but luckily we were there for a not so quiet time- it’s just a heads up for others looking for a quiet spot- this won’t be it, but it isn’t terrible. There weren’t many children, which was so nice to enjoy our experience without screaming and kids running around. The literal only downside was the very very understaffed servers and waitstaff in general. In two hours we finally got a refill of water and finally got a chance to order a second and last round of drinks. Our plates and glasses just kept stacking up and it was only of us. All of that said, I/we would absolutely come back again and again. The Cavalier/Becca will always be a staple! Do yourself the favor and go enjoy some delicious drinks and food!

Our waiter disappeared for 30 minutes plus at a time. Took over an hour for our entrees to come. No apologies and didn’t get any better.

The restaurant is lovely. Our server was decent. Main course took over an hour to appear, and when it did, it was undercooked. Management was kind and concerned, and took steps to try to make things right. We’ll say that this was an “off” night, and will try them again in the future.

Celebrated our 45th Wedding Anniversary with an overnight stay and a wonderful dinner at Becca’s! The atmosphere is amazing and the food and drinks are great! The staff is very attentive and helpful! We are looking forward to our next visit!

Cost for drinks are a bit much. The shrimp and grits were tasty but the “grits” taste/looked more like rice. Covered in a yummy sauce so I didn’t mind. Service was pleasant but slow. Table of 5 women presented with 1 bill. Had to ask for separate cks - would’ve been easier for all if preference was obtained first. Valet parking is care-free and expedient.
