   I had one of the best - if not the best by far - dining experience on Sunday at Beertown in Newmarket. The service was out of this world, big smile everywhere and kind incredibly personalized attention from Luke who was taking care of us. Little did we know that complementing the service and taste of the food was going to have the Chef Rory come out and thanked us personally and then followed that with a complimentary tray of their finest desserts and a few slices of fresh brisket just because we told the chef it was incredible. We were speechless and had no words to describe the kindness and generousity. And of course Adam the general manager came at the end to meet us in person, introduce himself, hear about our experience. The team at Beertown literally made our whole day and weekend, and turned the Newmarket location as our go-to-hangout-place for months to come! Thank you so much Luke, Rory and Adam!

   We went for a family dinner and the food overall we good with the exception of my chicken wings. The flavor was good and they were cooked well but there was more batter than wings on most of them and when paying $18.49 for a pound of wings and you get more batter than wings, I'm not sure that is good value for the money even after asking for the wings to be lightly battered. I did not address this with the server as we were there for a family dinner. We love beertown and have been to many locations, Whitby being our our local stop and will continue to come back but I do not think I will be ordering wings again as this was not the first time I have received wings like this and we have had them in Whitby, Etobicoke, London and Newmarket.

   Enjoyed our time. Waitress was very friendly . Lots of food for the money. Only two minor things was could have been a lot more hollandaise sauce and also we asked for eggs over easy and they were not. Still very good food.

   The fire alarm went off , that wasn’t great but the staff came over to inform of of the situation. Unfortunately that happen. Otherwise it was a very good experience. Cannot blame the staff for that. Service was outstanding.
