   Food and dessert was great. We sat on the patio which is enclosed and heated. Appetizers and food did take some time to come out but they were busy.

   We always enjoy going to Ben Franklin’s! The atmosphere is great for a family with an 8 year old and the staff are all so nice and accommodating! Food is always on point and there is a great variety for whatever you are in the mood for! One of our favorite places to go to!

   The food was great. We had a reservation and were seated timely. Hannah provided good service and recommendations. We would definitely go back but it was obvious patrons were intoxicated and not asked to quiet down. Even with all the signage stating if you appear intoxicated you will not be served. The bar was loud and obnoxious. Other than the bar issue all was above par.

   Upon arrival, we checked in and was told we had a 30 minute wait even though we had reservations. Then I conveyed my concern about why having a reservation and was then sat within 3 minutes.

    The food was GREAT. The server was very nice and helpful. The service was a little slow but there was a big group in a nearby room so I think that might have been why. But the meal was well worth a little delay.
