   made a reservation for 6:30 didn’t sit down till 7 and she’s came out at 7:40. we had to say something three times before someone actually came out to help us. besides the hiccup in the beginning food was good

   My reservation was for 6:30pm. We did not get served until 7:15pm and no show until 8pm. We waited forever. The server forgot our white rice. The Chef doing the show was inappropriate for the kids we had at our table. Will not be going back.

   Always delicious and great service. Huge portions of amazing food, always end up taking some home can never finish it.

   Had a reservation for 8 women got there on time, restaurant wasn’t crowded yet they made us wait in the lobby for everyone to arrive before they seated us. Waitress crashed bar tray and drinks and glass went flying all over friends handbag. No drink or apology offered. Chef was boring, no tricks at all , food was bland and tasteless. Where was the garlic? We were all disappointed. Would not return

   As always my experience at this restaurant is amazing. I love the staff and the food is cooked perfectly every time. I highly recommend this restaurant.

   Excellent dinner as always!!!! Our chef Resanado was very good, humorous and accommodating to the entire table on how they wanted each meal cooked. Our waitress (sorry, I forgot her name) provided excellent customer service. She monitored everyone's drinks and filled them before being asked. Thank you again BH team!!!!    The chef Roodolph was amazing. The food tasted delicious. He’s one of the best chefs Ive ever had a Benihana’s. His talent and personality was awesome. He was fast but the quality of the food did not disappoint as a result.

    We were celebrating my husband’s birthday with the family. All of us were in good spirits, the chef had such a sour face he did not interacted with us much. He pretended to not hear anything never smiled it was terrible. We come to Benihana a lot for special occasions this was the worest experience we have had. The server left dirty empty plates , bowls and glass all over the place she did not fill our drinks up at one point everyone at the table had empty glasses . It was not the service we have come to expect and love about your restaurant. Very disappointed
