   While the food was good and the show that comes with it was really entertaining, we had to wait an hour to get the table we MADE A REAERVATION FOR. The front house guy was extra rude and I really question whether he should have that function as his attitude was unacceptable. When I went to ask how much longer we would have to wait for the table that we had reserved after 30 minutes of waiting patiently, he said that if i don’t like to wait that much I can always eat at the bar. Will not be coming back to be treated this way.

   We loved our experience and especially our chef Sergio was outstanding. He gave special attention to our toddler and the food was amazing! We will be back!

   8pm reservation on Saturday night. Was told they were 40 mins behind. Got seated at 9:35pm. Waited almost another hour for chef to show up. Was 11:00pm before we got food. We walked out an 8:00pm reservation at 11:50pm. Hostess desk was overwhelmed. Management was clueless. Bad experience.

   Even with a reservation we waited nearly 2 hours to get seated and get our food.

   Good food, great show by the chef but completely overshadowed by 1hr 15 minute wait for a table after making a reservation, little to no communication as to when we would be seated and not even a free drink for the inconvenience

   We had reservations 2 hours before a show. Because it took so long to seat us and get the service started, I realized we weren’t going to have time to enjoy dinner and get to our show on time. I told the wait staff and offered to leave but they assured me they’d have us out in 45 minutes. We only had time to enjoy 1/3 of what we ordered. The steak was served, the rice was ready as we were putting our coats on to leave and the scallops weren’t even cooking yet. We were charged for the entire meal and it would have been great customer service to at least offer a discount since we notified the staff, were assured we had time for our meal and was only served 1/3 of it.

   Normally this Benihana location is good but last visit they really dropped the ball on service. Slow and uncaring all night. Other groups had the same poor experience. Complaints to the manager were met with indifference, which was probably the most frustrating part.

   Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Manager Lance horribly rude. I will post a full fledge review on TikTok and Google. This was my granddaughters 5th birthday and we made reservations for 6:30 pm, arrived at 6:15, and we were not seated until 7:25 pm. I should state the other quests at our table, strangers to us, basically stated to the manager your service has been poor and you really need to step up your game. I cannot detail every thing that went on here but I will never return.
