   We waited over two hours to be seated. Our food was cold. They forgot my sister-in-law‘s order.

   I want to thank our server Karen - she did a phenomenal job and our two chefs - Ryan and I can’t remember the other one’s name - but he was great! The one negative was that the wait time was beyond too long, as we had an 8 PM reservation, checked in at 7:40 PM, and were not seated until around 8:45 PM. But our servers, chefs, and of course the delicious food made up for the long wait!

   As a long time Benihana customer, last night was one of the best experiences I’ve had. They were crazy busy but the staff was doing their best. Our chef Eric was amazing, best food we’ve had & made the experience special. Along with the host (don’t recall her name) but I left my card there & called me to let me know.

   We had reservations for 6:45 and waited a hour and 10 min before sitting at a table . We then had a waiter who we had to find and came to tell us he would be back in 15 min to take an order . The hostess were laughing and or getting an attitude about the fact that we were waiting a hour to get seated and had a party bus waiting on us outside .

   Okay meal. Didn’t get a drink until meal almost over. Didn’t get our white rice at all. Wagyu steak was overcooked. Entire experience seemed rushed. I’ve been going to Benihana’s since the 1970s in San Francisco. This one was disappointing.

   Our cook was the worst. Every thing cooked was burnt and very salty. Chicken was very dry and steak were very over cooked. OI will never go back. ur reservation was for 7 PM and we got seated. We did not get our soup and salads until 8:15. Just planned sucked……

   Good food and experience. Wasn’t too noisy, had a good meal. Plus a take out meal that I purchased.
