   Love Benihana, but wasn’t crazy about the food this time. To many bones in the chicken fried rice. My daughter got chocked. We also did not receive all of our order. They straight forgot about it. The waiter was great! But we’re from Houston and always visit Downtown Houston location and have never had a bone in our chicken before and this was very disappointing.

   Our waitress was Jazmine. She was absolutely amazing and was on top of it for our whole table. She made the birthday of my daughter memorable. If I ever go back when in town. I’ll be requesting her table for sure…

   Well to start off our reservation was for 7:45 but we weren’t seated until 8:30 . The chef was great , great , great !!!!!! But it was rather loud but the food was awesome . But having 4-5 hostess not really properly communicating didn’t help with seating because it was like 3 other parties with the same situation as mine .

   We were seated one hour after our reservation time. The restaurant needs better ventilation, everything smells like food and unwearable again until dry cleaned. Our chef was great, tried very hard to make the meal memorable. Many food options in LV, we will not be going back.

   Reservation was at 7:15pm- done eating at 10:30 3.5 hours is ridiculous. The chef was new he keep giving or food to the wrong person but the food was good. The room was extremely hot (next to the restrooms) also the ice cream was melted.

   We were warned about oil being on the floor by the server but we were not prepared by the amount. At the end of the meal, we had to ask to use two towels to wipe the oil off of our feet. There was so much oil that it stained my sandals and was a possible slipping hazard. The good was great, the service was great as well but we might pass on this location the next time we are in town.

   Good food. Terrible experience. When we go for hibachi it is about the experience. This one was not good. The food was good as expected and our server was great. After that it went downhill. We had 9:00PM reservations and we were not seated until 9:40. Tough start. Then the music was very loud. People on either sides of the table could not converse. We asked to lower the volume but nothing. Then our chef (I use that term lightly) would be fine for a backyard bbq but he was very inexperienced for hibachi. There was no show! He fiddled with the spatula a little. Tried tossing the egg and missed. We asked him to try again but he just cracked the rest of the eggs. Ughhh. Then he was only cooking on one side of the table. Our people at the other end asked if he could cook a little on their side and he said NO! Really. Plus, he had bowls stacked in the middle blocking their view and we asked him to at least move the bowls and again he refused. After several prods he finally made a little onion volcano and didn’t do that well. He was obviously not well trained and unprepared. I blame management for that. We had a large group and this was the worst hibachi experience ever. Recommend you skip this Benihana.
