   Our Waitress did she the best that she could but the kitchen messed up on one of our four orders and it took a while to get the correct order to the table. Other than that, drinks were great, food was great, atmosphere was great, and the service was very good. Definitely a very enjoyable evening with a good meal with family and friends on the pier by the beach.

   The Peel and Eat Shrimp is excellent. A half portion works will as a main course with a side or the full portion would be a shareable starter for a group of shrimp lovers. The mixed veggie side, is not your typical boring mix. It is an interesting combination of fresh veggies that are beautifully cooked. My only disappointment is that at sometime earlier this year the tipping policy has changed. Benny's in the past has included the gratuity and customers could add more if they wished. The gratuity is no longer included and you don't find that out until the bill comes. Which is a little awkward if you have all ready told your out of town guests that the gratuity would be included. I'm sure there are all kinds of food and beverage reasons for this change, but I will miss the extra 'class' that Benny's former policy brought to dining there.

   If you want the worst service of your life you should visit here. My 6 years old son was trying to decide on his kids meal and our waitress said to the other waitress she was training “you deal with the struggle bus” and walked away. Our drinks stayed empty, our food took an 1hr 15 mins to come out and the batter left a weird aftertaste. The key lime pie is to die for! Do yourself a favor and order it and pick it up.
