   Tapas are my favorite way to eat. Bernadette does an excellent job with that approach to dining. I do wish there were more cooked green vegetable options.

   Food was fantastic but portions were small. They were also out of a lot of the options on the menu. The taste factor, ambiance and service is high, but value is low. So it all comes down to what you personally emphasize as important. Drinks were stellar!

   I’ve been several times now – I drive 30 minutes each way to get there – and every time it’s been just fantastic. I’ve gone with my wife, I’ve taken friends. A fun and delicious menu and super kind service. Thank you!

   First time here with another couple. Really beautiful decor, excellent artisanal cocktails and delicious tapas style menu. Our server was terrific and you won't feel rushed through your meal. The only downside, as a party of 4 we were placed at the very wide communal dining table in the center of the restaurant. The table is much wider than a normal dining table and the music is quite loud in the space, so it was difficult to hear our friends across the table. We asked to be moved but they were unable to accommodate us. Next time we will be sure to ask for a partial booth along the perimeter of the restaurant in order to better enjoy our conversation.

   Started strong with good cocktails and lighter plates to share (especially the prawns). Service dropped off mid-meal, as our waiter seemed to forget about our corner of the dining room for 30+ mins. Final course tasted like it had been sitting under warming lights, and we left before dessert.

   This experience was horrible. Came in for dinner on a Saturday night. First, they couldn’t find our reservation. When they finally did they sat us at the bar. The three bartenders there were inattentive and aloof. It took them 10 minutes to get us water and put our drink orders in. The drinks were water down and overpriced. When they finally took our order after being there for 25 minutes, it took another 45 minutes to food to get out. Our order was wrong. The food was mediocre at best. The steak was so undercooked it was still bleeding. The noise level was high and I could barely hear my partner talk. What a waste of money. Never going back here.

   Our party of 6 had a fabulous evening at Bernadette. We started the evening with drinks in the lounge area. A very relaxed fun vibe. The speciality cocktails are diverse, unique and really worth trying! Dinner is tapas style and everything we ordered was delicious! Our favorites were the octopus, pork belly, flambé pizza and paella-style fish. Honestly everything was delicious, wonderful flavor profiles and well presented. We were never rushed, the plates came out in a timely, well-paced manner. Our server was fabulous! (I regret I can’t remember his name!). He was funny, personable,knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He said he was from Portugal and made some recommendations based on his experience which was a great personal touch. We enjoyed our evening thoroughly and will definitely go back.
