   Our waiter, Lee, was outstanding!! The food was excellent as always!!! Lee’s suggestions were excellent and since he is a 4th generation local, we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him about the area as well. Dinner at Bern’s is the highlight of the Christmas annual celebration for us!!!!

   Bern's is always a magical experience. Had a group of 6. Everything was always top notch. One of my colleagues who had only been here once before many years ago and lives out of town said "this has to be one of the best restaurant experiences in the country". I totally agree. Always outstanding!

   From start to finish it was perfection. My husband’s first visit. He said hands down the best steak he has ever had. The dessert room did not disappoint either. We had the bananas foster. The staff were amazing I highly recommend this experience.

   Harrison, Bree, Briana and Adriana (and Kenny the pianist) made our anniversary the BEST it could Possibly be!! Thank you for your warmth and hospitality. We will never forget this night and your kindness (and effort to make this an above-and-beyond kind of night)!!

   Bern’s is a venerable institution in Tampa. There are many dining rooms and it’s kinda shabby chic in my view. We arrived earlier than our reserved time and they were able to seat us. Our server (not sure how to spell his name. Arhan?)was excellent and so attentive. I ordered the 8 oz filet mignon and it was so tender and delicious. My husband ordered the 16 oz strip steak and was a bit disappointed as there was a long line of gristle running through it, leaving some of it inedible. I was vey happy with all aspects of my dinner. My husband however is a bread guy and would’ve loved a roll or something. We were too full to go to the dessert room so we spit a piece of chocolate silk pie, which my husband liked very much.

    Great experience! Fine dinning at its best. The tour of the kitchen was a plus. Don’t forget dessert!
