   Went to celebrate my wife's birthday. I noted on the reservation for a happy birthday song and it never happened. When my wife went to the bathroom I went upfront to ask if they did happy birthdays and they said yes and I explained that I requested it and they pretty much ignored it and never even got a manager. Pretty much said that "stuff happens" very disappointed.

   Unfortunately the food was not good for what was seemingly the best restaurant on property. Very bland and the chicken was dry and rubbery. I should have walked out right when we went in and I saw the cook handling the pasta by hand with no gloves. 🤮

   I come to camelback about every 3 months and always go to trails end. Thought I would try this for a change. Big mistake. The resturant itself is gorgeous and in a beautiful location. Very clean and spacious but other than that don’t waste your money. The food was ok and the portions were small so we made it work but the waitress was horrible. Rudest waitress I ever had. Our reservation was at 9 and she came up to the table and said can I take your order now the kitchen is going to close. She didn’t ask if we wanted drinks she just wanted the order. We asked for water first she rolled her eyes. We gave her the order and it took forever. She didn’t come and check on us. She didn’t say is everything good. Nothing. When the food came she didn’t come back. I had to call another waitress twice to try to order another item and to get water. We left without her saying thank you. Tip was included so she didn’t care because we were a big party but really she didn’t deserve a large tip at all. I won’t be coming back.
