    We had a GS troop dinner, and Bertucci's easily accommodated our large group in our own room. Great service, attention paid to our scouts, and delicious food. We will gladly come back again for more memories!

    Food and atmosphere along with cost is the best thing, however I would not recommend bringing a large crowd. I had reservations for 15 the waiters/waitresses were serving multiple tabels for a gratuity of 71 they added themselves u would think I would not have gone with out water for a while or no sauce in my brother noodles and no one checking on us. Like come on dude, I would of personally handed u money if you stayed and checked on us. My dad has to go open the kitchen door to get someone's attention to ask for my brother a new bowl of Alfredo with sauce no dry noodles. 😒 just plan your wait staff better and schedule them properly.

    very run down, dirty, very, very small portions for the money server was good but the restaurant seems run down and dirty. very, very small portions for the money and my full-size salad was like a side salad and did not contain the items that were listed in the description

    We never received our food. We waited 40 minutes. Spoke to the manager about our order and our wait, and he waved in my face a long string of orders he was filling. We left after that, leaving $5 for one soda and tip for the server.

    We asked for the acknowledgment of our special birthday and did not receive it We had to wait a very long time for anything we asked for. In spite of the fact that we made a reservation we had to wait a long time to be seated The waitress did her best but I think it was hard for her to keep up because she had so many tables I ordered Mac and cheese and was warned that the plate was hot. It was lukewarm at best. All in all it was a pretty awful experience.
