   It was the best experience among a few higher end restaurant I tried during my stay. The food was amazing, each dish was good and designed perfectly. Oscar the server was very polite and on it. I highly recommend their sushi, their Wagyu steak and Branzino and all sides are great. Don’t forget their awesome cocktails.

   What a disappointment from my prior visits to this restaurant at the Betsy, where the food quality was exceptional and worth the high prices. I've come back two days in a row, and both meals were awful. Yesterday i had a cold hard bagel with overcooked egg ("the NY deli egg sandwich", dry and bland; today i tried the french toast which was so cold, hard and dry when first served that i had to return it. the replacement was a tiny bit warmer, but honestly it feels like something they made days earlier and reheated. The service was absurdly slow; everyone around me at other tables was complaining. it took 20 minutes to give my order; 20 minutes to receive my (cold, hard) french toast, and 20 minutes t to get a server minutes to get the check, give the card, and get the receipt.

   Excellent food and very nice staff. Only downside is that the live music (pretty good) was very loud. Having said that you should check it out. A great place not to be missed on the Ocean Drive!

   I always go to the Betsy in Miami and the brunch is usually superb. This time, the "NY Deli" bagel sandwich was dry and the eggs overcooked. Could barely swallow.

   We were there early yet food took forever to be served. Service almost nonexistent (water etc). Waiter had attitude. And music so loud we could not converse. Not a good experience.

   Ray and Taymi at The Betsy Hotel turned the end of our Art Basel journey into a masterpiece. The food was outstanding, delicious and beautifully presented. Their exceptional service and warm hospitality made the evening unforgettable. Highly recommend!

   Had a lovely evening with dinner at Betsy's. Started at the bar with a cocktail, felt like a 1940's bar, just terrific. Ate dinner on the patio with Oscar doing a great job of service. Food was very good but the ambiance and service were the highlights.

    Aliza, our waiter went more than the extra mile for us,giving us more popovers, butter and jam that we had for breakfast the next day. The Thanksgiving Day menu was lavish and even though it was packed, everything was timed well and the ambience outside has been improved by the closing of Ocean Drive on that stretch. Interesting art installations are always fun during Art Week, but the grandeur of the place makes it a unique stop at any time of the year.
