   Great crab cakes and vegan Caesar salad. Waitress was also very pleasant. Would come again.

   Quinton are waiter was attentive and helpful. It was. very pleasant dining experience. Food was good -served timely - we were going to a play downtown and they got us out on time . We will be back.

   The food was very good and the place was clean. Brussels sprouts were our favorite. Our server was not good. Mumbled and avoided eye contact. A little rude. Never checked on us once after ordering. We had to find different staff to order drinks and refill our waters more than once because she was nowhere to be found.

We have counselled the person whom we believe was your server (and continue to instruct all of our staff) on the proper way to take care of our guests; eye contact and speaking clearly is a necessary first step with the next necessity being constantly attentive to our tables/guests needs.    Dedra, Thank you for joining us at Betts and for taking the time to leave a review. I am glad that you enjoyed your experience in our restaurant and that we earned a four-star rating while you were there. If you join us in the future, we have specials through the week. For example, on Tuesdays all of our appetizers are at half price. And on Wednesdays for lunch and dinner we have the majority of our bottles of wine at half price. These specials are available for lunch and dinner. We have also just started our new fall cocktail menu with a Blackberry Jalapeno Margarita, a Pumpkin Expresso Martini, and an Apple Cider Mule.    The service was attentive. The speed of the food from the kitchen was somewhat slow. Nothing on my plate was hot and it was barely warm. The mac and cheese was tasty. My son had shrimp and it was not warm either. Other son had chicken and it was dry and cold. Husband had salmon and asparagus and said it was hot and good. Overall, I like to eat hot food and I was rather disappointed. The place was clean and neat and our table was ready when we arrived.

   We had an incredible time at betts! My sister and I were having girls night. She’s really pregnant right now and they were so helpful and accommodating to her needs. We will absolutely be back!

   The general manager is excellent. The staff terrific. I have eaten here 4 or 5 times because of its location, and I have yet to have a meal that actually liked. The options are a little unusual without offering some usual. This particular instance the rice in my poke bowl hard and cold.

I do apologize that we did not deserve to rate higher in regards to our food, and that this has been a consistent issue for you. We strive to take fantastic care of all of our guests, and we have not in your case. We have hired a new executive Chef and while all of our issues will not be fixed overnight, we are always striving to fix any food or service issues. I wanted to mention that we have specials throughout the week including half priced appetizers on Tuesdays and half priced bottles of wine on Wednesdays. These specials run from 11 am until close.     Everything was great, except for some slower service (initial drink orders, follow up, etc.) Had some celebrity sightings in the restaurant which was fun.
