   This was a wonderful afternoon tea, high quality, top tier service and food. I put in a small note for my wifes birthday and they were kind enough to present her with a little cake and a gentle piano played happy birthday. My wife says its the best afternoon tea/birthday she's had.

   Staff were excellent so professional but friendly and polite. My friend had a strict diet but they manage to sort it thar she could still have afternoon tea. The manager was brilliant and checked everything was correct for her. Our waitress was lovely. The food was delicious there was paino player which created a calm atmosphere Highly recommend

   Celebrated a friends birthday. We had lots of dietary requirements amongst us and the staff at Betty's weren't phased. They accommodated us impeccably ! I can't wait to go back again. Couldn't have asked for more. The team are amazing !!!

   An afternoon tea for four to celebrate a 21st birthday. Setting was lovely, food and drink was delicious and plentiful and our waitress was very attentive and offered lots of advice when choosing different teas.

    What an amazing, special time my Mum and I had at Bettys in Harrogate. Although there is no lift, so we couldn't get to the first floor, Betty's had laid a table for us in the front window on the ground floor. The service was outstanding. All staff were so attentive and helped with everything needed. They checked my dairy intolerance and ran through everything I could have to ensure I still had a wonderful time. The tea was delicious and the food was amazing. Everyone should experience Betty's and if the queue looks long outside, it does go down quickly and there is a shelter. However, book ahead and you won;t have to queue.
