Bianca es un bistró con platillos de las principales capitales del mundo. Aquí los protagonistas son la cocina, el vino y el ambiente, que siendo sencillo pero cálido y relajado, te invita a sentirte como en casa y disfrutar de una buena botella de vino, copa o aperitivos clásicos en compañía de una excelente cocina, protagonizada por la simplicidad de sus platillos donde la estrella siempre será la excelente calidad de sus productos.

Nuestro menú es dinámico y cambiante dependiendo de los productos de temporada, podrás encontrar desde una ensalada Nicoise, hasta una salchicha de pato hecha en casa.
De igual manera, la carta de vinos esta en constante evolución, con más de 50 etiquetas de alrededor del mundo y harto vino por copeo. Cuidando nuestra filosofía de tener bodegas familiares y con respeto al medio ambiente.

    Excelente selección de vinos, primera vez que pruebo un pescado con jocoque y me encantó, más que todo es hecho ahí mismo y con productos orgánicos y locales, 10/10
