   Great Steakhouse within the Coushatta Casino Resort. The food and people are great. Take the time to visit the Big Sky Steakhouse and you will love the presentation and service. The best steaks in the Lake Charles area.

   We love this place … helps us unwind from work …enjoy being served the delicious food and beverages … then step out into the casino and have fun… waitresss and servers and bartender provide excellent service

   It was nice to eat in a place blocked from the noise of the casino. The food was very good and priced within reason and the service was excellent. I would definitely go back.

    Our server was Daisy and she was amazing! The food is just ok, we’ve eaten here several times and they need to improve the quality and taste of their menu. I will say the bang bang shrimp is probably one of the best appetizers. The wedge salad is usually very good but today the lettuce was tired and slightly wilted. We did not order an entree this time because we have been disappointed the last three times we ordered one. The crème brûlée and cheesecake were delicious. I love the convenience of having a nice restaurant in the casino, but it definitely needs a whole refresh. I also want to give my thanks to the manager, she went out of her way to get us real half and half for our coffee, it was greatly appreciated. For some odd reason they don’t have it available in the restaurant, only the non dairy creamer which is a poor choice. I want to emphasize how good the service is and has always been and give kudos to Daisy and her manager. They made the dinner enjoyable and we left happy. At one time Big Sky had tasty and delicious food, it would be wonderful if this could be again. It’s all about the food.
