Step into the hidden world of Bijou Drinkery Room, a speakeasy within L'oie Foodie Rooftop.

Inspired by the Bijou Cocktail, invented by Harry Johnson, "the father of professional bartending”, its name evokes three glittering jewels: gin for diamond, vermouth for ruby and chartreuse for emerald. Its recipe is also one of the oldest in the manual, dating back to the 1890s.

Bijou, the Drinkery Room where vibes & music along with cocktail gems blend up together and become a whole new atmosphere and experience. A place where the unusual meets the unexpected, where history meets innovation and where drinks have been crafted to challenge your senses & beliefs.

Bijou features 6 signature drinks, an interactive and playful cocktail menu, astonishing finger menu and our magical mixologists whose speciality is creating one of a kind concoctions based on flavors, evocations and sensations.

    El lugar está cerrado desde hace una semana (de acuerdo con los bartenders del bar de abajo) y no nos cancelaron la reserva ni nos notificaron por open table. Igual en la página de Instagram jamás publicaron nada. Éramos dos chicas visitando la condesa un jueves por la noche y quedamos perdidas hasta que encontramos otro lugar.

    had a reservation made a couples weeks ago, came a long way to be there but when i got there, the bar was closed. there was a person sending people to another bar close by. I learned after that the bar had an unforeseen issue the night before, but they could have informed previously that it was going to be closed. rookie mistake.

    Me encantó todo. Desde que entras la amabilidad está por encima de muchísimos bares, lo escondido lo hace ser una experiencia emocionante, el concepto, los drinks, la música y el servicio. Todo todo todo excelente. 10/10
