Bill and Toni's Italian in Darlinghurst was established in 1965. Popular for its authentic Italian cuisine, the restaurant features a range of classic pasta dishes, with Spaghetti Bolognese and Penne Boscaiola being particularly favoured by patrons. Everything was great except the crispy salmon. It was unremarkable in taste and size, which for 36 dollars we could do better. The side dishes given for the salmon were that for grilled lamb cutlets (which was good), but would have been nice if they told us they ran out beforehand. So yea the pasta and veal was great.
