The food was very enjoyable, and our waitress was absolutely lovely—friendly, attentive, and a real highlight of the evening. Unfortunately, our overall experience was overshadowed by the behavior of the front-of-house staff member. She was unwelcoming when seating us, displayed clear irritation by rolling her eyes as she passed our table, and even “accidentally” knocked into our friend’s chair. Additionally, she made an unnecessary fuss over our seating arrangement, despite us offering to adjust it ourselves. A bit more professionalism and basic customer service training would go a long way in improving the atmosphere.

Not too happy ! Ordered bottomless pancakes , no biscoff available so had to have the fruit . Did not not realise that the berries have changed to a berries in juice not fresh fruit . Which were awful as they tasted like they had been heated up as well all hard . So ended up paying £20 for two portions of 3 pancakes winch we only ate 3 ! Staff weren’t bothered !

We was running a bit late for the booking. The front of house greeter was extremely sympathetic and held our table. The waiter provided great service and we enjoyed our meal.
