Hop aboard the second-ever Bill's when you visit our restaurant in Brighton. While it's no longer a bus depot, our Brighton restaurant still transports you towards good times. Early birds can tuck into tasty breakfast favourites, from tea and toast to pancakes and hearty English or Mediterranean breakfasts. Later in the day, explore our lunch and dinner menus, complemented by a range of classic cocktails. Did we mention that we're just up the road from the seafront? So, there's no excuse to miss Bill's Brighton, even if you get lost in the Lanes.

    Enjoyable festive New Years lunch with friends.Very attentive service .Free drinks offered as we had a long wait for main but this did not affect my overall very pleasant experience. I will return .

    We had to wait to be seated as we were told that our table was ready but then advised it was given to someone else and it would be a couple of minutes. That was not true and we had to enquire if the table was then ready, to which we were seated immediately. Although we were having the set Christmas menu we were also not offered a drinks menu, we had to pull this up via our phones. The server we finally had was nice, but we had to ask to do the Cluedo activity but he was attentive when serving the food. Normally it’s been really great here but the seating and no drinks menu was not the best experience.
