We went to Bill's London Bridge for brunch on a Sunday, and given the popular time and location I thought that the restaurant was not too busy or noisy. We were able to have a conversation comfortably whilst enjoying our meal. The service was friendly, however, the food did take a very long time to come, although I understand it is a large venue. The food in itself was both a hit and a miss: my friends had the Garden Plate and both loved it, whilst I had the gluten-free breakfast burger and thought that it lacked taste and was a little too much meat and a not enough of the rest. However, I also ordered the hash browns as a side, which were excellent.

Food service was slow, and drinks service was a joke. The restaurant was busy, but none of the staff were flat-out (and tables were empty). Food was fine, but not worth the wait (or price).

Very poor service, we were never served twice by the same person and had to ask to be served. Slow food arrival and they didn't take plates and glasses away. There appeared to be sufficient staff and it wasn't busy. Good was OK but some was cold such as the poached eggs.

As a regular to different Bill’s restaurants, it was the usual warm welcome with happy friendly staff. I am hoping it’s was just an off day, but if it was my first Bill’s visit I probably wouldn’t return to this or other venues. The greeter and then our server seemed non interested, frustrated if they had to repeat anything because we couldn’t hear them mumbling. When stating something like they were out of an item they seemed annoyed when asked for suggestions of something they would recommend. Fruit flies galore, not the odd one annoying one most of us were constantly wafting them away. We went in there with a team of our managers after a meeting. Hoping for a relaxing evening but we didn’t staying for more than the meal and left and went elsewhere for a better more welcoming atmosphere. Sorry Bill’s not your usual standard.

Completely brought out the wrong food and then said if we had it they wouldn’t charge us for the extra cost. Toilets stank and had no toilet paper until I requested. Not the best experience as Bill’s are usually good.

Not a great experience Terrible service with waiters which seemed really “out of it”, refused to move us to another table due to the draft from the open doors as they said it was too far away for them to manage all the tables They only told me what I wanted was not available when the food for the rest of my table came out Drinks sat on the counter for so long before serving the ice had melted and bubbles had come out Waiter didn’t even know what Sauvignon blanc was
