   Arrived for our booking and waited 8 minutes to be seated, this would not have mattered had the rest of our experience been good. However we didn’t end up eating here as we sat at our table for over 35 minutes and did not get served. The table next to us arrived after us and they were served and had received their food and we had still not been spoken to (although their food came out before their drinks arrived so I wouldn’t say they were receiving great service either!). We are a couple in our early 20’s and I believe this was a factor for the table next to us being served and us ignored. Over 45 minutes after our original booking time and not even having been spoken to (I made eye contact with the waitress in our area multiple times so it was clear we were waiting, however being in the corner there was no one to ask), we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Overall an insulting and disappointing experience.

   I’m ceoliac (have to eat gluten free) and I felt soo included. Nice selection of gluten free meals and the food was incredible! Staff were also amazing and so friendly

   No calamari. Starter breads cold. Mains took 2 hours! Cold fries, wrong fries, cold chicken, one burger raw in middle, bacon cold and very under cooked, asked 3 times for water and some ketchup. Room was cold (wedding room) - radiator was off - others given a little heater. Left and went elsewhere for coffee and pudding (staff said puddings are no good anyway). They had multiple people walk out due to service/food issues today. Unfortunately we stayed as it was our son’s birthday. On a positive note our dog ate the vegan burger which was not very pleasant. Have had good meals in the past - but this was just awful.

   Lovely venue. Waitress seemed a bit serious which made us feel a little awkward to start with. Good choice of snacks and sandwiches for the tea. Quite expensive when you add on a glass of sparkling wine which I thought was included in the package I chose. Would do it again though.

   Great choice of food on the menu for brunch, my wife had a Bills breakfast and I had the pancakes and bacon, had to ask for extra syrup but it was not a problem for the waitress.

   Admittedly we dined early when it wasn’t very busy. The young lady who waited on us was super keen….to the point we kept on hands on our wine glasses as she would have taken them away! Our food was just put in front of us, I hadn’t even unwrapped the cutlery when we were asked if everything was alright 😅 Clearly these are only minor tweaks to what was otherwise a lovely meal.

    Food was delicious, waiter was excellent but as restaurant was exceptionally busy we had to wait some time for the food. The only downside was we'd forgotten it was half term, so incredibly noisy!!
