   We were a party of four and each had something different ,every meal was good quality and the service was excellent .I had a glass of wine that was also very good

   We were served by Frazer. We were having a catchup after a close bereavement and our privacy was honoured. We did not feel rushed in any way. I had a new dish from the menu and it was excellent.

   The staff will always go above and beyond to make you feel special. It’s a great place for breakfast lunch or dinner and good value. The inside is decorated so lovely too.

   Four for Friday night dinner. Food good. The service was terrible. After mains no one spoke to us again. Difficult to get anyone attention. I asked for service charge to be removed. I know service is usually good. Disappointing.

   Celebrating a birthday today with 2 friends at Bills at Rushden Lakes. The food was great, service was excellent and although the restaurant was busy, we weren’t kept waiting. Couldn’t fault a thing. Then 2 staff came with the desserts and sang happy birthday, such a lovely touch! Very impressed and one of our party is coeliac and the staff were very attentive to her dietary needs. Really good experience!

   Excellent service- our waiter Liam was brilliant- Food served was nicely presented and hot - something that many other restaurants struggle with.

    Again, cold food. Today I had eggs Benedict and the hollandaise was cold. Eggs barely warm. Eggs obviously bought in ready for the plate. It’s the same at the Ivy. What is it with this group serving cool or cold food in both franchises?? Disappointed. It’s meaning it’s unlikely we will revisit after many visits to bills and the Ivy
