   Absolutely rubbish. Pre booked a table for 18.30. Turned up dead on time to find people waiting to even be greeted, let alone be seated. Eventually a staff member arrived at the desk after we’d been standing for 10 minutes to advise us it would be at least another 10 minutes before they had a table free and given there were other people in front of us, there was no guarantee it wouldn’t be longer. Let alone what the service would be like when we eventually sat down. So after 20 minutes we went elsewhere as we had time constraints. Really terrible customer service. Why bother taking customer bookings if you can’t be bothered to seat them as booked? We had a time critical window and you ruined our evening by your complete disregard for our booking. We won’t use your restaurants again.

   Always try to choose a Bill’s if possible. Really nice location of this one as well could sit outside. Excellent food and service. Would highly recommend.

   Having reserved a table it was a surprise to see that there was a scramble to find a place to accommodate. Sorted quickly though albeit at a table right by the door. Service was okay but could certainly be more friendly. Food was good and plenty. Despite being busy, the service was quick. Watch the bill as a service charge is added and then when you go to pay an additional 5% added as default which seems sneaky and given the average / okay service it is hard to justify adding beyond the service charge that is already added. All in all - good albeit short of excellent.

   Table was ready when we got there. Not a massive selection on menu which is nice. Food was tasty. Overall bill was really reasonable for London for 6. Starters, mains, dessert.

   Good service, friendly server, who took all my changes to the menu and got it all correct. Food tasty and plentiful. Price reasonable; I suppose it's normal for London. Lower rating on atmosphere: Restaurant was very busy, and noisy. Tables very close together so not very private. Restaurant was cold because the door kept being held open by those queuing (glad I booked!)

   Fantastic service and food. We had the Valentine set menu which came with a cocktail or mocktail. Great value for money. The dumplings were delicious and the steak frites with the peppercorn sauce was superb.

    Booked a table for two to have the all you can eat pancakes for a fiver apiece. When I paid, the pancakes were charged at full price. When I queried this I was told it was because it was Valentine’s Day. The waiter never mentioned this when we placed our order, although that’s probably because he kept telling everyone how busy they were going to be that night.
