We booked a tablet for lunch before going to the theatre. We were asked would we like to sit outside and as it was a lovely warm day thought that would be lovely. However outside turned out to be out of sight, out of mind. After some time our order was taken and then nothing. Our drinks were brought to us and our food never appeared even when we requested several times. Left the restaurant hungry and very disappointed.

we had to queue outside for a few minutes, despite booking, as the nearby theatre had just emptied, but from then on the service was fast, efficient, and friendly - all the staff were smiling and the food was all great. Huge portions appreciated by the teenagers!

It was a 6pm booking for 4 people. Had to wait a few minutes for it to be ready - no worries. Initially service was pretty speedy but we had to ask for our main meal plates to be taken away and also whether we could have some pudding. It was all a bit OK really plus the music was, intermittently, too loud to have a conversation. I have been to better Bill's. This was ok, not good or bad, just ok.

lovely atmosphere, very friendly staff with excellent service. Good selection of tasty food and drinks. Easy to book a table. Will return when next in Victoria.

Very buzzy as usual and service was fairly quick. Food was fairly good though the fish pie was a bit under seasoned. The mini strawberry cheesecake however was delicious. My main issue though was that the waitress messed up the bill and charged me almost the full amount and then tried to charge my friend the £2, remaining, even though we’d clearly asked for the bill to be split. To be fair her manager sorted out a refund and reissued the bill- but it was time consuming and I’m still waiting for the refund to come back into my account.
