   If you’re looking for a great burger, this is the place! But it’s not a place to take your date for a quiet evening. The wait-staff were fabulous.

   When an entire hockey team of teenage boys is occupying half the restaurant, the experience for the rest of the guests will be compromised, as we experienced. Volume was ridiculous. Food was slow to come out. All not Bin 4's fault, directly -- though why a restaurant of limited size would accept a reso for over 22 teenage boys is beyond me. My real complaint was that our server was absolutely non-committed to our dining experience. Her visits were few and far between and even when we asked other staff to flag her down, she didn't show up at key times (ordering, refills on water, ordering more drinks, even just asking for a bill). She wasn't serving the large group, so her absences were rather inexplicable. It made our night a three hour venture, instead of two. Food was great. Drinks were great when we could get them. But non-existent service? A real downer.

   We were craving a burger but super disappointed with our dining experience. The wait for our food was very long, but it was Friday night so In fairness that is acceptable. The food finally arrived, and I ordered the chicken burger that was on special and the chicken was so overcooked That it was so hard to even cut with a knife. My bun was extremely soggy, and the salad was so wilted. You can actually taste The lettuce was off. My partners burger was OK In his words But not worth the price. And his fries were not warm and have been sitting out too long. Our server was very pleasant and honestly doing the best she could on such a busy night. The place was packed so obviously people love the restaurant. We will not go back because this is our fifth time trying it and honestly, it’s just not for us.

   Great food! Lots of burger options. Had the tuna poke bowl- was delicious, light but filling. Kids portions were large-the fries were super! Would definitely eat there again!

   Although it was a relatively hot day outside, the inside of the restaurant was FREEZING - we had to go and get our coats from the car, even my friend who is always too warm found it unbearable. She likened it to walking into a meat locker.

    Everything was fantastic. Food was hot and fresh. Our server was very attentive and friendly. My only complaint is the noise level in this restaurant is always very high and I feel like I have to yell when chatting with friends.
