Just off the Las Vegas Strip, step inside the intimate and seductive modern Italian steakhouse, Bistecca. The newly renovated fine dining room showcases an all-new menu featuring high-quality prime-grade steak options, luxurious furniture, original artwork, and a more intimate and seductive vibe. The menu features a selection of signature Italian classics and pasta, seafood, and a variety of prime-grade USDA steak cuts including Scotch Filet, Butchers Cut, domestic Wagyu Tomahawk, Bone-In and Boneless Ribeye, NY Strip, 36oz Porterhouse and Filet Mignon. Indulge in one of our scratch-made desserts and a bottle of wine from our ‘Wine Spectator’ award-winning wine list. We also have signature cocktails, mocktails, or a full bar for a custom beverage option. Gluten-free and Vegetarian options are available.

The dress code is resort casual, with no open-toe footwear, hats, tank tops, or athletic jerseys, or swimwear. Outdoor patio seating is available, weather permitting. Free parking.

                Took a long time to get food. Potatoes smaller than other steak houses we have been to. Steak good but ordered medium and it was medium rare

                We were pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was that we ordered. We opted for seafood at the steakhouse and it was all wonderful. Service was excellent.

                The food is good. Albeit pricey. The choice of music was not nice at all. It was a repetitive noise of sounds that sounds like a broken record. Being an Italian restaurant it could have much nicer music.

                Very disappointed with the food and service tonight. Every year we come to Vegas we plan a dinner here, and usually the food is worth every penny we spend. Tonight, the brussel sprouts were soaked in vinegar, which gave them a bitter taste, I ordered the Halibut, which I've had before, tonight it was dry and over cooked, I sent the brussel sprouts and the Halibut back. I ordered the lobster ravioli, which I ended up cancelling because 25 minutes had passed, I had part of my husband's streak while I was waiting. Everyone at our table dinner was ok, not great. Very sad, our family has had many good memories here.

                Fabulous food we had rib eye cooked exactly as ordered, asparagus & baked potato. Added a bottle of Jordan cabernet. Loved the ambience & music. I would definitely revisit 🍷
