Chef Stelian and Maria teamed up years ago when both discovered their passion for hospitality. For years they have been working together in several establishments and made them successful through their continuous dedication to customer service, and fresh food cooked from locally sourced supplies.
Their passion is expressed through their commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a homely environment.
Chef Stelian started out working alongside great Chefs including Gordon Ramsay. He developed his career over 15 years by delivering his passion on the plate. He`s furthered his development by doing an internship in France in one of the most highly reviewed restaurants once owned by Bernard Loiseau.
Maria built her career as the Front House Manager working in collaboration with Chef Stelian to deliver excellent customer service by showing continuous care to the customers.

Their aim is to deliver high standard food and service for the community suitably for everybody’s taste.

    Fab meal, lovely service, good value. Mushroom soup is wonderful and vegetarian sausage and mash was amazing!!!!

    Always love going to Bistro 101. It is one of the best local restaurants. Food always excellent and service personal and efficient. However you can have too much of a good thing and on this occasion the portion sizes were so big as to be off putting. The delicious mushroom soup with truffle oil and creme fraiche was a meal in itself so we were unable to do justice to the equally lovely main course which followed. Half the portion of soup would have been better.
